Private stations for AdBlue® storage and dispensing are designed for companies operating larger vehicle fleets equipped with SCR technology. When dispensing AdBlue® from IBC containers becomes inconvenient, a stationary dispensing station provides an efficient solution. AZO EQUIPMENT offers dispensing stations with capacities ranging from 2,000 to 10,000 litres, designed for installation on company premises and suitable for use by up to 100 users.

AZO EQUIPMENT offers FortisBlue dispensing stations designed for safe and economical AdBlue® storage and dispensing. Although AdBlue® is a non-flammable and environmentally friendly liquid, it has corrosive properties; therefore, specially designed equipment must be used for its storage.

FortisBlue dispensing stations feature a robust construction, with all parts in contact with AdBlue® made of stainless steel and special corrosion-resistant plastics. This ensures safe liquid storage and extends the service life of the equipment.

If required, the dispensing stations can be equipped with heating and ventilation systems to maintain the optimal AdBlue® temperature regardless of environmental conditions. The tanks are UV-resistant, allowing safe operation both indoors and outdoors.

By protecting AdBlue® from adverse environmental factors, the dispensing stations help maintain the quality of the liquid and ensure compliance with the highest standards. The telemetry system enables remote monitoring of the tank’s liquid level, consumption tracking, and the preparation of detailed usage reports.
