AZO Basic – dispensing equipment

AZO Pro – dispensing equipment

AZO Pro – premium-quality Italian AdBlue® dispensing equipment, equipped with a unique 3D AdBlue® filter and an automatic SB325 Meter dispensing nozzle with an integrated flow meter.

Configuration:

  • Piusi Three25 dispensing unit;
  • Piusi electric pump (230 V, flow rate – 32 l/min);
  • 3D AdBlue® filter;
  • Connection to the IBC container bottom valve with a 1.5 m hose and check valve;
  • Automatic SB325 dispensing nozzle with K24 flow meter and 3 m dispensing hose.

AZO Gravity Kit

Using the Gravity Kit equipment, AdBlue® can be dispensed from an IBC container without using a pump. The system is based on the gravity flow principle, therefore the IBC container must be positioned higher than the dispensing point.

Configuration:

  • Connection to the IBC container bottom valve;
  • 3 m hose;
  • Plastic dispensing nozzle.


AZO Drum

AZO Drum – a manual lever pump designed for dispensing AdBlue® supplied in 200 l drums.

Configuration:

  • Manual lever pump (for 200 l drums);
  • Liquid suction tube with adapters (for Mauser and Greif type drums);
  • 3 m dispensing hose.


Plastic dispensing nozzle

Features:

  • Plastic dispensing nozzle designed for AdBlue® transfer;
  • Flow rate – 40 l/min.


SB32 dispensing nozzle

Features:

  • Automatic dispensing nozzle designed for AdBlue® transfer;
  • Flow rate – 35 l/min.


SB32 Meter dispensing nozzle

Features:

  • Automatic dispensing nozzle with an integrated K24 flow meter, designed for AdBlue® transfer;
  • Flow rate – 35 l/min.


A60 dispensing nozzle

Features:

  • Automatic dispensing nozzle designed for AdBlue® transfer;
  • Flow rate – 80 l/min.


K24 Flow Meter

Features:

  • Electronic flow meter with calibration capability;
  • Flow rate – 5–80 l/min;
  • Accuracy – ±1%.
