Gaschema is a very promising branch of AB Achema that has been constantly expanding its operations.

       At the beginning of its activities, the branch employed just 4 persons. Each year, the number of employees was increasing rapidly and in the year 2007 solely the staff grew by 23 persons. At present, Gaschema already employs 42 persons, whereas during the nearest half-year it is intended to hire other 11-15 employees.

        Gaschema staff is young, active, spirited and innovative. All 16 company administration employees average age whereof is some 35 have higher education acquired both at Lithuanian and foreign universities. According to the home rules of the company, all employees at our branch, i.e. both administration staff and other employees, must train for at least 40 hours a year. Each employee is encouraged to get familiar with the novelties of his field every year, acquire additional skills and study foreign languages. The employees compile the training programme themselves; therefore they have a possibility to acquire skills that are not related to their present activities but may be used for their further career at our company.
