At present, a three-direction investment program is under development. The first direction covers investments into technical gas (mostly into the development of the main product, i.e. carbonic acid gas, as well as new products, i.e. argon and gas mixtures); the second direction includes investments into the development of trade in urea solution AdBlue; the third direction contains investments into surface cleaning by means of dry ice.

       First direction. Approximately LTL 15 million will be invested into technical gas during the years 2007 to 2009.

       The amount of investments through the year 2007 amounted to app. LTL 6 million: a new carbonic acid production line (100 t/day) was installed and launched, 2 new storage tanks (100 t each) were constructed, logistics was improved (new trucks, tank trucks, microbuses as well as new cylinders, containers and other necessary tanks were purchased).

       In 2008, investments amount LTL 5.9 million into a new modern gas mixture (argon-carbonic acid gas, carbonic acid gas-nitrogen, argon-carbonic acid gas-oxygen) production line, into the development of Vilnius, Klaipėda and Šiauliai Trade centres, and into the construction of new trade centres in Kaunas, Latvia and Estonia are planned. Additionally, we are investing into logistics development: new tank trucks, cylinders, containers, cylinder bundles and Euro cylinders, storage tanks and etc.

       Second direction. Through the years 2007 to 2009, app. LTL 3 million will be invested. Just in the year 2007, over LTL 1.5 million were used with the main portion invested into AdBlue logistics, i.e. AdBlue dispensing equipment, tank trucks, a lift-truck as well as IBC containers were purchased. In 2008, AdBlue petrol station dispensers, trucks, additional lift-trucks, a tank truck, dispensing equipment and IBC containers are purchased.

       Third direction. Approximately LTL 120 thousand have already been invested into the direction of surface cleaning by means of dry ice granules (surface cleaning equipment as well as an air compressor have been purchased). During the year 2008, app. LTL 150 thousand is invested, i.e. dry ice transportation containers, other additional equipment for surface cleaning with dry ice are to be purchased.
