"Gaschema" proposed NC mixtures commonly are used for the following:

  • NC 20 (composition: 80% nitrogen, 20% carbon dioxide) - fish, seafood packing
  • NC 25 (composition: 75% nitrogen, 25% carbon dioxide) - cut or trimmed raw meat (pork, beef, veal, lamb) packing, also fresh vegetables packing
  • NC30 (composition: 70% nitrogen, 30% carbon dioxide) - bread and bakery products packing
  • NC50 (composition: 50% nitrogen, 50% carbon dioxide) - pasta, noodle, cooked and processed vegetables, processed meat products packing
  • Nonstandard gas mixtures produced accordingly to the client's specific needs
